Terms and Conditions

• I require a full 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel a pre arranged lesson. Failure to do this will result in the student being charged the full lesson price for the missed session. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration
• You should be ready at the agreed time and place to start your tuition
• I will at all times behave in a professional manner towards you
• You will be treated with respect and consideration
• I will avoid physical contact except in an emergency or in the normal course of greeting
• I will not cancel or change your driving lesson without checking with you first
• I will do everything in my power not to be late for your tuition and will contact you as soon as possible if I am going to be late
• I will at all times teach you correct driving skills according to the DSA's syllabus
• I will advise you when to book your theory and practical test. I will not put you in for your test before you are ready
• You will at all times be in a fit state to drive a motor vehicle (no hangovers, drink driving, drug use etc)
• The driving school vehicle is a no smoking environment
• You must disclose any information which may affect your ability to drive a motor vehicle
• On your first lesson you must be able to read a standard number plate at a distance of 20.5 Metres and be able to prove this to your instructor
• On your first lesson you must be in possession of a valid provisional driving licence which must be available for inspection
• Offers and prices are subject to change without notice
• Free last lesson only applies when taken directly before a test
• By signing your progress report form you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
